How We Work
Our Office is staffed 24/7.
Hiring and paying a caregiver directly and privately, rather than through a company like ours, has many disadvantages: last-minute cancellations, “no-shows,” etc. We can, on a moments notice, staff a fill-in or replacement caregiver.
Emergencies arise for everyone and caregivers are no
exception. We believe in our ability to handle
emergencies and last-minute staffing.
As such, we can anticipate and resolve problems that may arise,
like communication issues, misunderstandings, caregiver emergencies,
or unsatisfactory delivery and care.
We give each and every client the confidence to know that our care providers
will be there when needed and expected.
